The system for pre-sterilization automated processing of Belimed instruments combines the most modern achievements in the field of circulation of medical materials.

The system is a software and hardware complex consisting of several washing and disinfecting machines, as well as an automatic line for loading and unloading in-chamber racks for chemical and thermal treatment. All washer-disinfectors are equipped with a high-performance drying unit, steam condenser, printer on both the “clean” and “dirty” side of the zone, a microprocessor control system with an LCD display that allows you to select one of 12 washing and disinfection programs.

The introduction of this system significantly increases the efficiency and quality of pre-sterilization cleaning.

The technology of the system operation provides automatic loading of intra-chamber racks with dirty medical instruments into a free washer-disinfector through a transport line. After the processing cycle is completed, the rack with clean medical instruments is automatically unloaded from the washer-disinfector chamber. At the final stage, the rack freed from clean tools again

is transported to the “dirty” zone of the CSO through an automatic transfer hatch. The main link of pre-sterilization cleaning in the automated processing system

Represented by sterilizers of different volumes of chambers with horizontally sliding doors and with vertically sliding doors, incl. with a formaldehyde option that allows you to sterilize expensive and complex thermolabile instruments. The process of chemical-thermal sterilization takes place at a temperature of 60C using a 3% formaldehyde solution.

Steam disinfection chamber

Steam disinfection chamber with two horizontally moving doors model DDA is designed for steam-air disinfection of clothes, shoes, bedding, etc. It is used in stationary decontamination departments of healthcare facilities that are divided into clean and dirty service areas. The chamber allows you to disinfect 8-12 sets of bedding at the same time.
